"Mom for Windows" is a Personal Information Manager (PIM) that you can use 
to remind you of important things you need to do, and to remember names, 
addresses, and phone numbers.  It includes:

	- A Calendar
	- An Event Data Base with alarms
	- A Names Data Base that stores names, addresses, phone numbers 
	  (and has an autodialer)
	- and a Note Editor

For more information on using "Mom for Windows", see the included Window's 
help file.

"Mom for Windows" is distributed as shareware.  It is not free.  You may 
use it for 30 days before registering it.  At the end of the 30-day 
trial period, you should either register your copy or discontinue using
"Mom for Windows."  You may copy and distribute this program to others for 
them to evaluate on the condition that none of the files included in the 
distribution is modified in any way.

MOMWIN.EXE	- The executable file
MOMWIN.HLP	- The online help file
MOMWIN.INI	- Sample initialization file
README.TXT	- This file

Easy Set Up instructions:

1. Make a directory called MOMWIN
2. Copy MOMWIN.EXE, MOMWIN.HLP, README.TXT to this directory
3. Copy MOMWIN.INI to your Window's directory
4. Run MOMWIN.EXE from the Window's File Manager or Program Manager

Note:	This application was written using Microsoft Visual Basic and requires
	The Visual Basic run-time DLL (VBRUN100.DLL) to be installed in your
	Window's directory.  If you don't already have it don't worry.  Its
	free and is probably available from the same place you received
	Mom for Windows.
