         Installation Instructions

Step 1:

     Create a directory where you want the WinPool Program, and data files
to reside.

Step 2:
    Copy the Zipped WinPool file, and the VBRUN100.DLL files into the
created directory.

Step 3:
    Unzip the zipped WinPool file.

Step 4:
    Choose the 'New' command under the File entry on the menu bar in 
Program Manager to Create a Program Item for WinPool.
