DISKICON - Freeware by Larry Leonard - 1993 This program has only one use - to keep your extremely non-technical co-workers from filling up their disks, and then calling you for help when it's too late! Simply place this program in their StartUp group, and tell them to call you when it reaches 2% or so. There is only one file, DISKICON.EXE, and it will run from any directory you like; the drive it is reporting on can be adjusted through the "Working Directory" field when you add DISKICON to the StartUp (or any other) group. The icon itself changes color every time it checks the disk drive for space (or it has to repaint itself); this is so your co-workers will know it's working. The interval at which it checks the disk can be set using the scrollbar. Version 1.1 corrects a bug in the timing of the disk space checks, and saves profile data when exiting Windows. Version 1.2 adds an option that allows the user to select whether the display represens the disk percentage full or percentage empty.
