Jimicons.exe was drawn with the Iconed.EXE program. I have made push button
icons for several popular off the shelf software programs. They are as fol-
lows:
        "NMAP" is for Automap
        "NCOM" is for Norton Utilities
        "NUTL" is for Norton Utilities
        "HARV" is for Harvard Graphics
"EAGL" is for F-15 Strike Eagle
        "WOR5" is for WordPerfect 5.1
        "orbt" is for Orbits
	"STAC" is for Stacker Utilities
	"T315" is for Telix 3.15

You will have to write a small batch file for each of these icons, and include
the batch file in the WORLD section of Geoworks. To get the icons to attach to
the batch file you will have to edit your Geos.ini file (Geoworks says this
is a bad thing to do), but if I can figure it out you will too. CAUTION make
a backup copy of the Geos.ini file just as a precaution. When you edit the
INI file find the portion that is labled filename tokens. It will look like
the following:

        *.BAT = "nBAT",0
        *.COM = "nCOM",0

and so forth. The new ICONS Must be added at the very first of the list. To
add them make a blank line right before the first icon line in the section.
Then type in the information as follows:

         XXXXXXXX.bat = "XXXX",255  NOTE: the number is always 255

The x's represent the actual letters of the icon and filename. Then hit
enter if you want to add another icon to the World
if not just save the file at this point. NOTE: Geos is VERY case sensitive
type the icon name exactly as listed above, All CAPS except for the orbt icon
I forgot to capitalize it when I saved it. When you have added all the Icons
you want to, save the file, write the little Batch files to go with the Icons
save them and then restart Geoworks and go to the Professional Section. The
icons should appear twice, one being the original icon and the other the
batch file with the icon attached. The original icon file will have a name on
the screen like EAGL,254. Click this icon then open the file menu and change
attributes of this file to hidden and read only. Only the actual working icon
should then be left. If the icons don't appear the first time try quitting
GEOS and then restarting sometimes it takes twice. If the icon with the
batch name attached still does not appear go back to the INI file and check
your typing carefully. Good luck, it's not really as hard as it sounds. If
by chance you still have problems leave me a note on PRODIGY my ID is
PFSF68a and I'll try to help you out.
