       + You must move the file VBRUN20.DLL in the you WINDOWS\SYSTEM subdirectory +

SIMPLE :
========

  Just install this application into your star-up group in the
  program manager.

   - Double click on the start-up group
   - Choose NEW from the program manager file menu
   - Locate the file SYSINRT1.EXE and choose OK

  Et voila! Each time you enter Windows, you'll have
  the date, the time and the resources left.

  SYSTEM RESOURCES : This bar display the percentage of resources left for
                     your applications. If the percentage is below
                     10 % you should be carefull and close one or
                     two applications your not using right now.

                     Windows uses two sources or resources, the computer
                     memory and some hard-disk space. The first one is
                     fast and precious, the second is slow and troublesome.

  DISPLAY RESOURCES : (Graphical Displays Interface) This bar display the
                      use of the resources used for display. 

                      The more complex and color rich information displayed,
                      the more resources you're using.

  Global Resources : This number in KBytes give you the amount of global
                     memory left (computer memory and hard-disk memory).
