Radar 1.0

        This is a QuakeC patch for 1.01 Quake from Id Software.
        It simply signal vicinity of enemy with a dark sound.
        If the enemy is near frequency of beeps become short.
        remember put radar.wav in sound/ directory under your quakec dir.
