120 days past the date of Original Purchase by the Original End User. During
this 120 day period, We will Replace any discs found to be defective At No
Charge, so long as the Disc is returned to PC INFO SYSTEMS, Postage prepaid,
along with acceptable proof of Original Purchase to the Original End User.
If PC INFO SYSTEMS cannot supply a non-defective disc, then your sole remedy
shall be the refund of your Verifiable purchase price.
