  Welcome to the introduction issue of the Arrested Development X-Files. I've
been in the 'scene' for quite some years now, and was always thinking of some
sort magazine. The TADXF series will not be a real magazine with an index
each issue. I try to collect nice items/logs of things, I think are
interesting enough to release. If somebody encounters nice info or files,
dont hesitate to contact me on Arrested Development. The number is listed
above. The first issue will cover the Tymnet Help Desk. I'm working on
several other articles and they will be released as time comes. This 
introduction was written on 19th October 1994.
