         ROT is back! After months of not doing much, or having
         a stable support board, we are back..for now anyways..
         Members are fucked, sites are fucked, so if your not
         on the list fuck you. ROT's WHQ ( The UnderCity )
         was dead from summer until now, and when it got back
         up, i found more than half the boards are down, and
         half the members are nowhere to be found, so alot of
         positions are open for sites and writers. Here is a
