I didn't have a house phone near by, a quarter, or a red box. So I figured out a way around all that. Call 1-800-CALL-ATT (1-800-2255-288) and choose option 2 to make a collect call. It will then ask you to enter the number you want to call collect. Enter in the pager number. Boom, it dials the number goes beep beep, like when the pager picks up. The AT&T will then say you have a collect call, caller please say your name at the beep. Beep. You now have ten seconds to say your name. Instead you punch in the number you want to be called back at and the "#" symbol at the end. It will record those numbers instead of your name and play it through. Then the person wil recieve a page. So now you have learned a easy and cheesy way to page someone for free. This procedure does not work with all pagers, some pagers have collect calls to the pager number blocked. -/- The power outage of the year -/- Today is 8/10/96 and while I was writing this txt file the power here in California and ten other states went off line for about 5 hours and boy was my mind running wild. I had to throw this in here. Imagine all the shit that happened in 11 states. People stuck in elevators, house burglar alarms shut off, the internet partially disabled due to the power outage, computer information lost, atm cards stuck in bank tellers, people in gated community's locked in because the gate is electricly powered. So I was thinking about all the crazy things that happen when the power goes out and what to do. So I started crank calling people pretending I was with the electric company and fucking with them, that was really fun. In this pack I have included a VOC called power.voc It is a lady I crank called, it's pretty funny, it went well for about a good two or three minutes and then I just broke out laughing. Also for all you guys out there, if you get this file before 8/25/96 I would take advantage of the following advice. Since the power went out in 11 states many people will be vulnerable. See you call someone up and say Hi my name is BOB and I'm with AOL and during this terrible power outage our customer database lost your password. We need to get that from you again. Or you could get anyone's credit card too. Call up and say hi my name is MANUEL and I'm with the phone company, we've seemed to have lost your credit card number for which you pay your monthly bills with, we need to obtain it again. And whala. Or you could get people's gas card numbers. Almost any information you want. Just pretend you work with a company and there computers that had the victims information went down, and you need that information again. Ok now onto how to call anywhere for free. -/- Call anywhere for free -/- You say to yourself, oh shit another red boxing file. Nope your wrong. I've come upon a special service which allows you easily to call anywhere for free. This service is called "PREMIERE WORLDLINK" it's some calling card deally that was put in USA Today about a week ago. Around 8/1/96 or someday around there. Anyways I checked it out and it's easy to activate and scam up. You call 1-800-211-8929 to activate the card. The card has no special numbers of PINs or anything on it. Just the 800# you call to activate it. The service offers: 1. Global voice and fax mail. 2. Instant pager notification 3. Instant news reports 4. Instant conference calls 5. Concierge service 6. E-mail by phone Ok so here is what you do call that 800# and they ask you for four things, your name, address, phone number, and a credit card number with expiration date. Easy. Give them all fake information and a generated card number with expo date. Just like you do with AOL or Compuserve. You then put in 10 digits of your choice and a P.I.N. Now when you want to make a call you dial 1-800-864-8000 in the US of A enter your worldlink card number(10digits they give you) and your PIN. Then you just dial out like a PBX system. Or you can use the advance features by pressing "*". Features: 2 - Voice Mail 3 - Fax Mail 4 - Speed Dial 5 - Conference Calling 6 - Special services 7 - News Services 8 - Travel Services 9 - International Services There customer service number is 1-800-432-6169. This worldlink company is based out of Georgia, Atlanta the AC there is (404). Scam they hell out of em, they deserve it.
