ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ-_____________....Z-Phreak...._____________ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ A Pro-Phreaking, Pro-Anarchy, Pro-Hacking, Pro-Carding, Pro-Chaos Newzletter Author: Zodiac Vol. 1, Issue #2 Date: July 16th - 30th, 1994 INTRO: Welcome to the second issue of Z-Phreak! I hope you enjoyed issue #1 and found it useful... This issue of Z-Phreak will be very useful to those people who want FREE HARDWARE..ahaha yes you thought you could only get SOFT-WAREZ,..(By the way, Warez Suck, and if you like Warez, You SUCK!) so..Get HARD-WAREZ! Now, let's continue. However, first of all this clever technique must be only be done once in a while, and it's best to go through this process slowly, and of course... NEVER ABUSE IT!!! (Credit given to Agent Orange, it's his IDEA!) TOPIC: How To Get Free Hardware n' Shit (or just about anything) -as long as it's shrinked wrapped... Materials: 1) Rubber Gloves (or anything to keep your finger-prints off) 2) Shrink Wrapper (buy one, or get a friend who works in a busniess that would have one) 3) Some CASH to Start off with.. 4) Some Patience 5) Orginization 6) A Brain Step #1: Once you have obtained all the materials, you must make a list of about a dozen of Stores, Computer Places, etc... Then number them in order (this is so you WONT get caught). Once you are ready walk into the first Store and pick up an item that you want to have (it MUST be Shrinked Wrapped in a box). Then go up to the line at the register, and purchase the item just as you would do normally. Make sure to pay it full in cash (NO checks, credit cards, etc... unless, of course, it's not yours ). Get the reciept, and walk out of the store and go home. Step #2: Okay so you are at your house and you have purchased the item that you want. Now go warm up the shrink wrapper, and put on your latex gloves. Next, gently take off the price tag (remember the location). Then, set it aside, and with a sharp knife carefully and slowly open the package, make sure not to bend or rip any of the box. Now take out what you want. (leave any manuals etc.) Make it appear that the original factory messed up. Step #3: If the item that you took out weighs a noticable amount you can add a block of wood or something of similar weight (make sure it's free of finger prints). Mark on your list, if you substituted the weight with something different, or if you just took out the main piece of merchandise (this is important). You must be extremely organized. After this, take all the manuals, and everything else you dont want and carefully put it back in the box. Go seal up the box using your shrink wrapper, then apply heat and shrink the plastic until it's tight against the box (it takes about 3-5 mins.) Take the price tag and stick it back on the box in about the same location that it was before. Step #4: Okay, so now the object should appear the same as it did before you even bought it. Now get your reciept, and head back down to the same store where you purchased it (about 2-5 days later). Then go in the store with a sad look on your face and make up some kind of a story.. (ie: I bought this Soundblaster for my friend's Birthday, but I just found out that his parents took away his computer.) I was wondering if I can get a refund. Then you will be directed to the costomer service department. Dont worry, all the'll have you do is fill out a sheet of paper. When it asks for your name, address, phone #, etc.. MAKE SURE IT'S FAKE!!! (leave any I.D. at home, just incase they ask for it). Now you'll get your money back, and the costomer service person looks at the package, and notices that it's never been opened, and happily places it back on the shelf. (I'd hate to be the person who actually ends up buying it and ends up with nothing at all, or better yet a piece of wood, haaahaha). Walk out the store with your cash. Step #5: Right after you arrive home, put a check-mark and a date next to the shop which you just visited (this will be explained in Step #6) Well Congratulations, you ended up with your money and the hardware Good Job!!! Now for the hard part, first I want to go over a true story, infact it happened only about a month ago! (Names, Handles, etc... Not Shown for personal reasons) -- 4 Good friends of mine decided to get greedy...and so they decided to head down to the local COMPUTER STORE (Fry's). They were stoked because it had worked several times before, got a couple of 28.8K's some RAM, a Soundblaster, and other stuff. well they wanted more 28.8K's, and they worked on this together. They all went down to Fry's and 3 my friends had each prepared an empty 28.8K modem box with manuals, which generally weighed the same as original... So the first one went in the store by himself, and about 10 mins later the second one went in the store. My friend who first went into the store never came out. Either did the second, the third person was approaching the entery, and two PiGS grabbed him and forced him to open the package...it was empty..., and the other two friends inside were caught...all three of them, however the fourth friend had some brains and took it easy. He staked out the place and waited, soon enough he figured it out. More cops came and were searching the car (the only one left in the parking lot, it was after closing), they saw the shrink wrapper in the back (the idiots left it in there...duhhh.!!!) Then the car was impounded and the other 3 friends were all 18 years old, and they were taken to jail on $10,000 bail or a $1,000 bond (or something??). They were bailed out by their parents, and are required to arrive at court sometime this month. They are facing a FELONY, organized crime, robbery, and the combined value of the modems was not concidered petty theft! STEP #6: How to NOT get caught.. First of all this is risky, just like any other thing. I would say that this requires more caution than the average kind of minor fraud. Therefore I will explain the best way to achive your goals without getting caught! --Make sure to update your list, give yourself notes --Keep your data organized and accurate (keep specific dates) --Never hit the same store more than once in 2 months --Never get involved with more than one other person... it's best to keep this to yourself and not get anybody else involved --Never return more than one thing at a time --It's probably not a good idea to go back the same store where you substituted a wood block, could be risky..use your judgement. --Make sure NOT to leave any finger prints on any of the materials (fingerprints on the outside of the shrink wrap are ok.) --Always dress nicely while returning an item. (the way you look really does help) --Be Sensible, Relaxed, and DON'T get Greedy --Agent Orange iNVäNTäD This Idea I give him FULL Credit! --Dont try this at ANY Fry's, try some smaller company! Have Phun...This is simply just infromation, and I hold NO responsibility for anybody's Mistakes...Use at y0 OWN RiSK!!!!
