      LiABiLiTY

        RoT Tone v1.o was written as a utility to test Dog's ears. Any other
  form of usage by this utility should be prohibited and I take no 
  responsibility for it's use. So have fun and train the hell out of your
  dogs.

      iNTRODuCTiON

        Rebels of telecommunications (ROT) has been going pretty good.
      We've released several articles on different subjects such as
      Hacking/Phreaking/Robbery/ and other fun shit. So join the group
      and help to rebel. This is our first util to release. iF you have

      ToNE CyCLER

        To use the tone cycler simply put in a starting tone say 2100
        to 2600 and it will emit a band of tones throughout 2100-2600.
        You can adjust the speed for different delays. Don't try to make 
        the tones go from say 300 downto 4 because the program will crash.
        For now it only cycles forward. This irritates the hell out of
        animals.

      ReD BoX ToNE EMiTTER

        The Red Box tone emitter,emits the tone a red box would have.
     It emits in Hz at different tones. Say you press C. It will give you
     a 25 cent deposit on a phone then type in a phone number and it should 
     dial. For best accuracy record tones and try on a pay phone.
     A = 5 cents
     B = 10 cents
     C= 25 Cents
                        Later I plan on integrating a dialer so you
                   can put in a number and it will automatically dial
                   it. But for now you must do it manually. Enjoy !
