     Ok, well if ya really want to know where this all came from, here
ya go.. 
     About a year ago, my friend Cunnilingus the Mighty (Mr. Bailey, 
Co-Founder TFJCorp) and I were kickin' back at this bitch's house with a Oz of 
weed. There was nothing but a shitty pipe, a 1' water pipe, and a bubbler to 
smoke through. Due to circumstances caused by god only knows what, CTM sat 
down and rolled almost an entire Oz into a jay. Amazed, we thought to 
ourselves, if we can smoke it to the head, we need to start a club of people 
who can hang with huge fucking hooters. Eventually we started bringing our 
friends into "The Fat Joint Club". Unfortunately, we (the founders of FTE) all 
basically have this disease called a computer. All of us founders plus about
half of TFJC call out. The FJClub decided to put out a monthly e-zine, which 
never happened. And all was forgotten (concerning the mag)....

          In December, CTM and I decided to start becoming small, personal 
businessmen. That's right, stoners as entrepreneurs. But, how could we work
together to make more money quicker, we thought. BINGO, we came up with all 
these cool ideas for everything from clothes to computer repair. So we 
corporate and become millionaires. After deep research and preparations, On 
January 1, 1995, The Fat Joint Club grew up and changed names to (Big Fucking 
Surprise here Huh!) The Fat Joint Corporation. And the big (c) was put there 
along with it becoming an official corporation.

          So, how the fuck does FTE come into play? Well, like I said we 
wanted a mag. Here it is. I guess you could say FTE will pretty much be 
dropping you t-files about all sorts of shit, I.E. short stories, poetry,
HOW-TO's, music shit, and of course (remember FTE is released by TFJC) quality 
drug t-files. And who the fuck knows what else, or really gives a flying fuck! 
Got it? Good. 

          Who exactly is part of the TFJC and FTE? Well, there are many 
writers from both the modem and non-modem worlds, but the main fuckers you
should be concerned about are:
