                                   MAIL-BOXING

    WHAT IS MAILBOXING?

    Mailboxing, is basicly, the art of stealing people's mail.  Well, 
    maybe not, art,... fedral offense (oh no!) is more like it.
    What is Mailboxing good for?  Its good for MANY things.  

    - Credit Cards

    If you are in a nice neighborhood, (the nicer and darker the better)
    credit cards are not uncommon, and if you are familiar with carding.
    Well, easy money and free shit.

    Stealing credit cards from the mail works out the best, due to the fact
    that the cardowners dont even know they have recieved the card, therefore
    they dont report it stolen.

    However, VISA has somthing they call "CARD ACTIVATION".   Once the card
    is recieved in the mail, the cardholder must call a 1-800 number, 
    (automated) which instructs you to enter the account number of the card.
    Easy enuf.  )The account number is the long number embossed on the card.

    The next question was a bit tougher.  It asks for the last 4 digits of 
    the cardholders Social security number.  This can be a difficult thing to 
    attain, and the only ideas i have come up with that work, is continued
    hits on the same mailbox, to gather Info on the cardholder,  or, 
    calling the cardholder, and posing as an employee at the bank the card was
    issued from.  Tell the cardholder the bank has lost some his information,
    and you just need to ask him a couple questions so that you may send
    him his credit card.  Ask some lame questions, like address, or some BS
    , and also ask for his social security number.   Then if he gives it up,
    tell him that he should recive his card in about a week.


    Bank Statements, PIN numbers, reciepts, and other stuff

    Bank Statements, PIN numbers, & reciepts can be handy.  A Bank statement
    and or pin number sent to a house, only means, keep hitting them till you 
    get somthing to use with the Info (Like a card) 
    Reciepts, when for an item purchased with a credit card, will often
    have the credit card number on it.  And can be used in mail order carding.

    
    Holidays & Birthdays

    There can Be the most profittable, easiest, times to go mail boxing.
    Due to a mass amount of cards being sent with money, and gifts, etc.
    Look through the mail you steal.  For somthing with a birthdate,
    remember the date and hit the house again on and around the date, and
    make a few bucks. 



    Best Time to go Mail Boxing

    Mailboxing works best at night, due to the fact that it is dark, people
    are asleep, the the streets arent busy.  There is however less mail 
    during this time.  The only stuff you find is mail that people forgot 
    to get during the day, or the all wonderfull, "on vacation 2
    weeks worth of mail in the box".    This method has always worked best.

    If you are courageous enough, or know a safe enough place to go 
    during the daym go in the early afternoon, (or whenever your mail carrier
    comes and goes.).   Thats when ya get the BIG hauls. 


    Lockpicking & Apartments

    If you have lockpicking skill, apartment complexes at night can be nice.
    Opening up the back of a 20 box Block and scooping it all out can 
    be very profittable.
