Clark Juror Questionnaire INTRODUCTION, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING This questionnaire is designed to obtain information regarding your qualifications to sit as a juror in this case. By using a questionnaire, the jury selection process will be substantially shortened. Its purpose is to provide information to the court and the attorneys regarding your ability to sit as a fair and impartioal juror in this case. As you answer the questions, remember that there are no "right" or "wrong" answers, only complete and incomplete answers. Anwers which are complete and answered as fully and honestly as possible are far more helpful than incomplete answers because it shortens the time it takes to select a jury.
