   SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (UPI) -- San Bernardino police said Friday
they plan to investigate reports that officers allegedly celebrated
with high-fives after shooting and killing an armed teen-ager.
   Police Chief Dan Robbins said his department would investigate
reports that police officers congratulated each other after fatally
shooting 17-year-old Clarence Anthony Harris of San Bernardino.
   At a news conference Friday, Robbins said it was possible the
officers did slap hands in a high-five after the shooting. He said
the department deplores any such action.
   Harris was killed late Thursday night after police chased him and
a group of friends after they allegedly refused to pull over during
a routine traffic stop.
   Police said after a brief chase, Harris leaped out of the car and
aimed a 12-gauge shotgun at police. Harris died at the scene.
   Three other suspects remained inside the car and were arrested
without incident. The driver, who fled from the scene, is still
being sought by police.
   Harris's family denies he had a gun.
