                             Impact Explosives

                         How to make Hand Grenades

The following is from the CIA Black Book, Volume 3 page 15.  It probably
infringes many copyright rules, but fu*k it!

First make some Potassium Chlorate/Sulfur Explosives.  Here's how:
  1. Mix together the following:
      2 parts Potassium Chlorate
      1 part Aluminum Powder
      1 part Sulfur Powder
     All parts are my mass.  I've made it without the Aluminum, but it's
     much better if you do it with the Al.
  2. Mix well.  Mix very well.
Next, obtain a little section of threaded water pipe and two end caps.
Thread one end cap on, and fill 1/4 fill with steel ball bearings (it
doesn't really matter what size or anything, but I've found that smaller
ones work better.)
Fill the rest with the Potassium Chlorate/Sulfur mixture, and screw on the
other end cap.
NOTE: Maintain a loose mixture between the ball bearings and explosive by
not overtamping the explosive into the pipe.  This will allow the ball
bearings to move and impace together.
Gently tumble the pipe between the hands to mix the ball bearings with the
explosive.
When ready to use, throw against or near the target area.
