Declaration of Rights

Pertaining to:  All those who are currently under the control of unenlightened
                fascists.  Including, but not limited to, parents, guardians,
                teachers, government officials, etc.

forsaking all rights that you may have previously had pertaining to anything

other words. This is top secret. Do not distribute it, or we will sue your

Preface:

        We, the unfairly and forcefully controlled youth of this Planet Earth,
        are hereby declaring our rights as human beings.  We are not speaking
        for those who are presently dependent upon those who we would label as
        "fascist" or "over controlling", but for those who are NOT dependent on
        those who unfairly and hippocritically impose cruel and unjust limits
        as to what we the undependent and unmercifully controlled (heretofore
        referred to as "youth") may do with our own bodies, and do to other 
        peoples bodies, with THEIR (the other people's) consent.
        

Opening Arguements:        

        Our arguements are as follows. Number 1 (one), the way that the present
        government determines wether a citizen is allowed and alloted certain
        priveledges and rights is antiquated and based on nothing but 
        assumptions.  Allowing those who are over 18 (eighteen) years of age
        and even further those who are over 21 (twenty-one) years of age 
        rights and priveledges that are not given to those over 13 (thirteen)
        years of age and under 18 or 21 years of age is simply outrageous. 
        No one, or group, of people are able to judge the worthiness of a 
        person, or the ability of a person to take responsibility for actions
        alloted too them by these limits.  We would argue that if a person
        exhibits that she or he is not able to act responsibly, only THEN 
        should their rights be infringed upon.  "Innocent until proven guilty" 
        has been a moniker of our justice system (albeit not always practiced
        moniker) for some time, and should apply to this area of human society
        as well.
        Number 2 (two), we would like to make the statement that those who are
        over the previously stated ages of 18 or 21 are at no greater or lesser
        risk than those who are younger to consequences of sexual activity. We
        are arguing that if you are physically able to facilitate the bringing
        of a child into this world, your age does not matter.  An 18 year old
        can just as easily have a child as a 16 or 15 year old, and all must
        still take responsibility for their actions, and accept the possible
        consequences.  We have no qualms with the scare tactics such as "XX% of
        people become pregrnant every year", as long as they are stating solid
        facts, with evidence to support their claims.  However, discouraging
        sexual activity through saying that a person is not emotionally ready
        until a certain age is simply, and unequivically, unacceptable.  Those 
        who wish for emotion to be a part of their sexual activity are more
        than welcome to practice as such, but they should not be allowed to 
        judge and impose their own self conjured ideas and philosophies upon
        others who may wish to live or practice something different.  We
        will concede, however, that no ones practices should encroach onto
        the lives of others, and that those practices that do should either
        be stopped, or be continued in private.
