CENTRANET-CALL DETAIL REPORTS (CDR) PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: CENTRANET-CALL DETAIL REPORTS is a CentraNet (Centrex) enhancement which allows subscribers to receive detailed reports regarding their companies' calling patterns. Each month, Call Detail Reports publishes a set of standard toll and local call billing management reports. Call Detail Reports offers customers a selection of eleven formatted CentraNet service usage reports designed to assist managers making business and budgeting decisions. Available CentraNet Call Detail reports are listed and described below. STATION DETAIL Monitors individual representatives' productivity and correlates costs to use performance. It shows who made the calls and for how long. STATION SUMMARY-CURRENT MONTH A roll-up of information for a group of individual stations. YEAR-TO-DATE STATION SUMMARY A compilation of monthly information for one year providing a review of expenses for budgeting/planning purposes. STATION EXCEPTION Managers set exception parameters for monitoring outgoing calls which do not conform to their company's calling policy. FREQUENTLY CALLED NUMBER Identifies unusual calling and heavy usage patterns to specific destinations to determine a need to reconfigure the telecommunications system. Customer controlled parameters. INTERSTATE BY ORIGINATING NAME REPORT Details call duration and cost, by station name, and subtotals by hierarchy. GEOGRAPHIC SUMMARY Shows the volume of the calls made from the customer's location to specific geographic areas. TRUNK GROUP SUMMARY A summary of traffic for each trunk group to which the customer subscribes for decision making regarding trunk additions, removals, or changes in types of trunk groups. ACCOUNT CODE DETAIL REPORT (OPTIONAL) Provides a detail summary of calls that allows the customer to segregate calls by specific client account codes. This report clearly identifies calls to a specific client, or on a specific client's behalf, and is an effective bill-back mechanism. It is also excellent for project cost management, especially for projects that require strict cost monitoring, such as government contracts. ACCOUNT CODE SUMMARY-CURRENT MONTH (OPTIONAL) Similar to Account Code Detail Report, this report groups account codes and assigns them to a client or cost center. This report is a roll-up of individual account codes, all belonging to one client or cost center. ACCOUNT CODE SUMMARY-(OPTIONAL) Similar to Current Account Code Summary, this report compiles the calls and the charges for each account code, since the beginning of the year by client or cost center.
