I took the weights off the rack and pushed them on the bar. Then, I sat on the bench and slid under the bar bell griping it tightly with both hands. I looked at the three forty-five pound weights on each side and said to myself, "it is all in my head; I can do this no problem." Finally, I lifted the bar off the bench, and the next thing I knew my spotter was pulling it off my chest. I disagree with the statement "With enough motivation, a person can accomplish anything" because I do not think it is possible. The reason I disagree with the statement is because the word "anything" is in it. Many people have enough motivatation but still can not acomplish anything. For example, a person can not jump off a skyscraper and survive. Certain things are just impossible despite how much motivation a person may have. Some things in life are just not possible no matter how hard a person may try. However, I do beleive certain things can be acomplished with enough motivation. For example, when a student gets good grades in school or a employee receves a promtion at his or her job is possible. These accomplishments are the result of a student or emplyee who works hard and is properly motivated. The things that are possible can be accomplished with enough motivation. The problem with people these days is not motivation, it is effort and not caring about anything. People do not put enough effort into things that have to get done in life. People spend to much time complaining about things instead of fixing them. If people would just add a little effort to their motivation the world wpould be a much nicer place. ࡱ; Oh+'0$ H l D h(C:\MSOFFICE\WINWORD\TEMPLATE\NORMAL.DOTJohn Di PippoNetwork SupportNetwork Support@=$SummaryInformation(*I@@=$I@Microsoft Word 6.02ࡱ; ܥe- e Ljjjjjjj wB ,9YT ?wjwjjjj ~jjjj S John Di Pippo As I approched the bench press, I thought to myself, "I can do it."
