7068 Post Dialing Capability (Public Telephone)
     (Southwestern Bell Region Specific)

Coin Phone With Post Dialing Tone Capability

This capability enables the coin phone key pad to remain enabled throughout a
call. Note that this capability only applies to coin telephones which operate
in conjunction with telephone company central office coin line equipment. Some
coin stations are not connected to central office lines with coin class of
service and so are not "coin" telephones from a network standpoint.

* This network capability is an inherent function of public coin telephone
  service.
