1029 Bridging

Bridging allows the connection of three or more customer designated premises 
through a telephone company hub or bridge.  The following are different types 
of bridging:
 o Central Office Bridging provides the ability to connect multiple customer 
   designated premises with 2 or 4 wire voice grade circuits.
 o Series Bridging provides a tip-to-tip and ring-to-ring series completion
   of a metallic pair to up to 26 customer designated premises in a central
   office.
 o Telegraph Bridging provides the ability to connect multiple customer 
   designated premises with 2 or 4 wire telegraph circuits.
 o Three Premises Bridging provides a tip-to-tip and ring-to-ring connection
   in a central office of a metallic pair to a third customer designated 
   premises.
