This capability provides for 64 Kbps clear channel transmission on 1.544 Mbps 
dedicated lines.

FEATURE OPERATION:
This service offers 64 Kbps channel capacity on a dedicated point-to-point
1.544 Mbps high capacity circuit between two customer designated premises.
It allows a customer to transport an all-zero octet over a DS1/1.544 Mbps high 
capacity channel, providing an available combined maximum 1.536 Mbps data rate.
This arrangement requires the customer signal at the channel interface to 
conform to Bipolar with eight (8) Zero Substitution (B8ZS) line code as 
described in Technical References TR-NPL-000054 and TA-TSY-000342.

TECHNOLOGICAL AND FEATURE INTERACTION CONSIDERATIONS:
1. This service requires the customer to obtain a dedicated 1.544 Mbps
   point-to-point circuit for transport of multiple 64 Kbps channels and
   is subject to the availability of facilities.
