This file is a description of a way to get some pretty detailed information
about people you want to run a scam on, break into their house, etc.
This is a tool that should be used in your scams because you don't
haveta go look in the phone book, and find a random name. You can
pick exactly WHO, WHERE, WHEN, WHAT, AND WHY you strike. The
possibilities are endless, and with a one time usage, you can have a
library of 300 names, telephoen numbers, addresses all filled out by
  your victims perosnally.

  The way this scam works:

In this "scam" you will play the role of a curb painter. You
know, a guy who goes around painting all of the curbs with
addresses so the firemen no where to come in case of an emergency.
     All you need is:

         1. About 400 sheets of paper (or a print shop)
         2. A laser printer (or a print shop)
         3. Aldus PageMaker (or a print shop)
         4. A couple of youngsters from your local middle school
who want to make a couple bucks to buy some candy
at the liquor store. (or a print shop????)
         5. $4.00 ( 2 bucks per kid)
+ Additional Funds for copying but you'll find a quick
and easy way to avoid copy prices

Once you have found a neighborhood you would like to hit up, all
you need to do is make a document similar to the one found later
on. You will probably want to use Aldus PageMaker, my personal
favorite, or another desktop publishing application. If you don't
have a copy of Aldus PageMaker or another desktop publishing
program, consult your local pirate bbs. If you still can;t get a
copy of it, then you can probably just sketch it out on a piece of
paper and take it to a print shop and have them create a profes-
     sional looking one for you.

                          This is the form (duh)
                          Dimensions: 4" 1/2" x 11

You don;t have to make it look exactly like it, and you might even
want to add a few other questions to get more nfo so you have a lot
of key information. Anyways, here is a step by step method to making
      this racket work:

      1. Get these flyers printed out. I would suggest printing it out, as
is, and then redoing it using Aldus Page Maker. Whatever
method you use, MAKE SURE IT LOOKS PROFESSIONAL!!!

      2. The typing for the flyer should 'CURB SERVICE' in a VERY bold
typeface. All the rest is a 'thinner' lowercase bold, I am
NOT a printer, so I can not tell what point it is etc.
Make sure the following words are underlined:

'police, fire department and ambulance service' and 'incandescent'

Those modifications will make it look more authentic and
professional. No one is going to want their curb painted by
some one who is not neat and well organized.

       3. Print out the flyer on a laser printer, for maximum graphics detail
effects. Run off 2-300 copies, which will be a good target goal.
If you don't have access to free printing and don't want to
shell out the money for it, here is what to do:

            1. Go to a Post Office store, such as Mail Boxes Etc. or
a big stationery store with copy machines in the back.
Bring a large binder in with you that looks like it
already has a lot of white paper in it. Go in the back
and copy to your hearts desire. Take some of the blank
paper you already have in there out and place it in the
waste basket, or somewhere where it won't be noticed, and
replace it with the copies you just made. I sugests you
make several trips to do this, as it is obvious when you
make a lot of copies. Make sure you pay for at least 5
copies when you leave so no one is suspicious.

       3. Assuming you have run these off with a Kodak Hi Speed copier on
8 1/2" x 11" stock, you will need to take it to a paper cutter and
size it down. My suggestion is that you put two copies of it
on one 8 1/2" x 11" sheet and the cut it in half, this
requires less paper, and less of a chance of getting caught
frauding the copy place. Also be sure it is on white paper
because any other color is liable to be mistaken for a pizza
          ad.

       4. With all of the preparation done you are ready to go into
action. Go to the local middle skewl of the town you wish to
target and find a couple of kids on the playground to offer
(preferrably friends) some money in exchange for doing passing
out some papers for you. Tell them to place the papers on the
doorsteps of every house in the neighborhood.

       5. All you hafta do is go back the next day (even better, send
the kids back) to get the flyers people have left on their
          doorsteps.

What to do with the flyers once you have them.

I am sure you know of a few uses already that you could use this for.
But here are a few suggestions for the totally dumb people out there
that don;t have a brain of their own.

 1. Call one of the people up and say you are a representative of so
and so Alarm Company. Ask them a series of questions about home
security and what they think of having an alarm system. Of course,
the key question to ask is, "Do you currently have an alarm
installed on your home?" Ask this well into the discussion. A
good scenario is to make up a questioaire and ask em to fill out.
< If you dont know the purpose of this, go buy me a gun >

 2. As a followup to the previous call, you could ask if they would
liek to set up an appointment for the next friday evening. If they
say yes, then just lead em on for a while and hang up. If they say
they have other plans, bingo you have a house with no alarm, and no
people. Inquire to where they are going in a friendly way and get
     as much detail.

 3. You can card a package to their house. Then when you think it is
there call em up and say. "Is this <name etc.>?" they'll say yes,
and you will say "Ok, I jsut got off the phone with UPS. They said
they had shipped my order to you instead of to me, is there anyway
I could possibly come over to your house and pick it up?" they'll
say sure, if they havent already called UPS about it. Then you
say, "Your address is so and so, correct". That will add a little
confidence in your story as well.

The possibilities for this is endlessm all you have to do is use your
  imagination.
