Ever stayed in a hotel that charges a Pay-Per-View fee for premium channels? Ever wanted to watch all the good stuff and beat the check? Heres how.
Note: This method has been tested on the Spectravision system, the most popular international provider of hotel cable service. The system consists of some cheapo hotel TV crazy glued to the dresser so you cant borrow it, and a box on top. Your standard coaxial cable comes from the wall to the input of the Spectravision box. Another cable connects the out put of the box to the input on the TV. Wow.
OK, there are two possibilities here:
		 1) This is so easy youll shit a brick.
	 	2) IQ must be in the double digits for this one.

1) Disconnect every coaxial cable you find (not the one from the wall!!!) Then connect the cable from the wall directly to the back of the TV. If you have an expensive room with a balcony, throw the Spectravision box off it now. Youre done! Note: Pitch the remote while your practicing your fast ball, it is now useless too. You must use the channel up/ dn button on the TV to select the channel of your choice. They will all be available, and you don't pay!!!

2) Your goal is the same as in step one, but some $3.69 /hr manager installed a few pieces of hard ware to stop you. If you find him, kick his ass. If not, keep reading. Basically you might find a free spinning metal sheath slapped over the coaxial cables where the meet the TV or box. They prevent you from turning the connector at the end of the cable, and removing it. These are fairly thick aluminum, so do bother cutting them off, my ways easier. Another lame ASCII drawing.

Maybe in my ASCII it looks like you could just silde the thing off, trust me, you can't. Im not sure how they ever screwed in the cables with the connector on, but ya cant UNscrew em. Unless....
That sheath spins around, but its still pretty tight. The sheath can also be slid forward and backwards about 1/2 and inch. Slide it as far away from the box/ TV as possible so that the end of the sheath near the TV or box is touching the front of the connector (see diagram). Now the same tube of that crazy glue they used to mount the TV. Pour lots of it down the sheath. You want to bond the sheath to the connector (but not the box or TV)! Let the glue dry. Now spin the sheath just as you would the connector to unscrew the cables. Follow the directions from number one to finish the job. Dont forget to watch some porno for me too!
