Though I'm not into total mayhem and destruction, I do believe in limiting 
beauraucracy (sp?) as much as possible, and a well informed public is a well 
armed public.  I'm willing to share knowledge for knowledge sake.

How to implode a building:

(Works best for large, open interiors)
1. close the doors and windows as best as can be arranged
2. place a quantity of explosives in the center of the building
3. place sacks of sugar or flour or rice around and over the explosives
4. light the fuse (set the timer, whatever) and run like hell

Explosives go boom, sending white powder all over the place.  The powder then 
burns as an after effect of the explosion, causing a partial vacuum, which in 
turn pulls the walls down.

Remember, we're professionals.  Don't try this at home, kids.
