				 COMMISSIONS:
     You earn 30% Training Bonus each month on the commission oncome of 
     first two customers you refer. Your Payline begins with your third
     referred customer, and you earn 4 percent monthly commission on all 
     in your Payline. When your first two customers qualify by beginning
     their Paylines, you go to 5% commission. Everyone coming onto your
     Payline must transfer their FIRST TWO new customers to your Payline
     and you earn the full 4% or 5% monthly usgage commission on them.
     Each of these then does the same. Your payline can continue to keep
     DOUBLING with NO LIMITS on "width", "depth" or "levels"! When your
     Payline reaches just 50 customers, you earn an additional 20%
     Override on the commission income of everyone on your Payline!

arrangements for and assign a Personal "800" number with access codes.  I 
understand that I will be billed for and am responsible for paying all 
charges for calls received on this number.   I understand that MCN / Main - 
Link may discontinue my service at any time the outstanding balance of 
charges become past due, and further understand that there will be a 2% per 
month late payment fee assessed on my account should it become past due. 
Any billing questions or disputed charges must be reported to Main - Link 
within 30 days of bill date. Rates may change without notice. I may cancel 
this service at any time with a ten (10) day notice to Main Link.
