CU-SeeMe for Windows version 0.34b4

Bug Fix in W0.34b4 over W0.34b3:

1) Winsock error messages did not display the text of the error message
   or the error code.  This resulted in a less than helpful "Hmm.... there
   might be a problem here." message.

Bug Fixes in W0.34b3 over W0.34b2:

1) There was a small mystery memory leak that I avoided by linking w/ DEBUG
   mode set.

2) Occassionally, users without Camera's could get a crash upon terminating
   the preferences menu.

Bug Fixes in W0.34b2 over W0.34b1:

1) If you didn't have a camera and if you somehow had your max send 
   rate set to zero, CU-SeeMe would not let you leave the 'preferences' 
   menu so you couldn't set your name or other options but also couldn't 
   set your rate > 0 since you weren't allowed to change that since you 
   didn't have a camera.
