long distance customers who can provide a recent long distance bill showing 
a minumum $500.00 monthly long distance paid usage. Note that rates marked 
"Dedicated" are for customers with a T-1 or similar 24 line switch 
installation. All rates must be pre - approved through MagNet Sales Office.                          
Commission rate to MagNet Reps is 50% of regular published schedule.
