for Revision "2" cards and older

SWITCH BLOCK 1 (SW1) - Sets the node ID. Located on the lower left corner of
the card. Each workstation on the LAN must have a unique address. Switch
block 1 provides a maximum of 255 selections. Valid addresses are hexadecimal
values 01 through FF (decimal 1 to 255). All switches in the "UP" position
is an invalid selection.

STRAP 1 (STR1) - Sets the cable type. Located behind the BNC connector. On
board revisions up to "5" this selection jumper runs horizontally. The left
and center pins are jumpered for RG-58 cable, 50 Ohms. The center and right
pins are jumpered for RG-59 cable, 75 ohms. This is the default setting.
All three pins unjumpered is for RG-62 cable, 93 ohms. For revision "7" this
selection jumper runs vertically. The top and second pins are jumpered for
RG-58 cable, 50 ohms. The middle and bottom pins are jumpered for RG-59,
75 ohms. This is the default setting. Unjumpered is for RG-62 cable, 93 ohms.

STRAP 2 (STR 2) - Sets the interrupt on revision "5" cards and earlier. SR to
SR is the required setting for the Fileserver. I3 to SR is interrupt "3".
This is the default setting. SR to I4 is interrupt "4". I5 to SR is
