You are about to install "Program for A Small Planet" version 5.10.
Press the Y key to continue installation, but please read this screen first.
Press the N key to stop the process with no changes made anywhere.

The files extract to your current directory unless you stop now,
rerun and specify a directory, eg. "foodsm c:\eatwell". This command
creates an eatwell directory on the "c" drive. If the same files exist
in an existing eatwell or other specified directory, the process prompts
you whether you should overwrite any file. Answer yes to copy over an
older version of the program; BUT answer no to any "Pantry" files which
contain information you wish to save from the previous version. Pantry
files do not have any characters after the "." e.g. "exercise".
You also may extract the program and files to any diskette which is
larger than 720K (any 3.5 disk or a high density 5.25 disk) via
"foodsm a:\". You need about 700K of space available on a hard drive
or disk; if you run out of room, make room and run again.

You start the program by changing to the directory (e.g. cd c:\eatwell or
the disk drive e.g. type "a:" <Press Enter>) where you extracted the files
to. Then type "eatwell" and press enter; the screens guide you easily
in the program. THANKS FOR LOOKING AT THIS GREAT PROGRAM. BON APPETIT !!
