        ELECTRONIC FORM INSTRUCTIONS

        -----------------------

        FORM92.EXE has been prepared for us by Robert Olafson of Bob-O
        Software and we are deeply indebted to him for his work to help
        us make this a successful project.

        This program is designed to help you easily participate in BBS
        Census '92 by prompting you for answers to questions and by
        bringing you to the appropriate parts of the form
        automatically.

        This form should be returned to us by September 15th, 1992.

        -----------------------

        From your C:> prompt simply type;

        FORM92 (return)

        ... and the program will do the rest. Answer the questions to
        the best of your knowledge (which will require you to take a
        close look at your stats, numbers and other info relating to
        your BBS.)

        You will get a chance to review and change (if need be) answers
        to questions once you have completed a section of the form.

        This program will then create an ASCII file that will be named
        with the first seven digits of your phone number;

        i.e.     3592299.ASW

        The odds of two users having the same phone number are far
        enough apart that we will not get a duplicate file name this
        way.

        You should then upload the file to;

        ModemNews EXPRESS! at 203.359.2299

        File Area [N] Census Answers

        ... using ASCII or XMODEM upload protocol only.

        --------------------------------------------------
        Please DO NOT ZIP or otherwise compress this file.
        --------------------------------------------------

        If you have any questions about how to file this form, or any
        questions about particular questions on it, feel free to either
        leave a message on our BBS, in the ModemNews conference on
        RelayNet or call our voice line for more immediate help.
