
Instructions:

Welcome to PC World's Best of Star-Dot-Star tips and utilities,
Volume 2. Use the STAR file viewer to examine the files on your
diskette. To select a command, press <Cursor Up> and <Cursor Down>
keys to move the selector bar to a category or command, and press
<Enter>. Then, select the item you want to view and press P for a
printout, or press <Esc> to return to the menu. You can then use the
DOS COPY command to copy utility files from the directory A:\UTILS to
your hard drive or to another diskette. You can also use the STAR
program to view text files containing up to a maximum of 500
77-character lines. From the Main Menu, press V<Enter> and select a
directory or file to view. To return to the Main Menu, press <Esc>
one or more times. Then, to quit the STAR program, press Q<Enter>.
