 Changing the default file display mode alters the way files are listed on
 the screen. This selection is only a default, you have the option of changing
 it every time files are listed by appending a S, D, or F to the file list
 command.  When changing your default, the following sub-prompt is displayed:

     Current file list method is: Double line

     [S]ingle line  : displays name and short description only.
     [D]ouble line  : displays name, date, size, DL time & short description.
     [F]ull listing : displays all information on the file.

     New file display method? : [ ]

 Following are examples of each possible file listing mode:

[ Single Line Mode ]

 The numbers in the [#] (brackets) are used in conjunction with the [M]ark
 command.  [H]elp is available when using this option.  If *info* appears in
 the description, use the [I]nfo option to display the Detailed Description.

have DIR print you entire hard disk along with file size, path, attributes,
etc.



Remember, whichever method you choose here, it's just a default, and may be
overridden each time files are listed by appending a S, D or F to the file
area number to be listed.
