AB Patterns of resistance and cross-resistance to the available
antiretroviral agents are increasingly well documented. Interactions
between different mutations, both synergistic and antagonistic, may be
used to design optimum combination regimens and therapy sequences, as
well as to construct decision-making algorithms.
