AB A unique case of plasma cell granuloma of the larynx associated with
sudden death in a young HIV-positive woman is described. The plasma cell
infiltration fulfilled the criteria for plasma cell granuloma, showing
       characteristic histologic and immunohistochemical features
(polyclonality). A review of the most recent literature is provided.
