AB Kaposi sarcoma is rare in children with acquired immunodeficiency
syndrome (AIDS). We report a 3-year-old boy with AIDS and Kaposi sarcoma
of the skin and lymph node. This patient is the only one with this
disease among 278 children with AIDS who have been seen at Chiang Mai
University Hospital. He responded well to intravenous vincristine.
