AB Morphological diagnosis is described of a seronegative case of
HIV-infection resulting in AIDS-dementia and development of a
generalized herpes and aspergillosis. The presence of HIV-antigens in
the central nervous system and the spleen histologic sections confirmed
       morphological diagnosis.
