AB We present a case of bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia in a
patient with acquired immune deficiency syndrome. Only three cases have
previously been reported in patients infected with human
immunodeficiency virus. In these four cases, bronchiolitis obliterans
organizing pneumonia was similar in presentation, radiographic features
and clinical course to that occurring in patients not infected with
       human immunodeficiency virus.
