How to Play a Custom Scenario:

1. Copy the PUD files into your Warcraft2 directory. 
2. Start Warcraft2, then select items as follows:  
	Single Player Game
	Custom Scenario
	Select Scenario
	Set Type to Custom Scenario
	The name of the PUD file you wish to play
	OK
	Leave the settings at Map Default
	Start Game


About "Jailbreak at BrahkNoir Prison" (rescue01.pud)
====================================================
The Orcs have captured the villagers of Rigorsville, and carried 
them off to their prison camp at BrahkNoir. The local Knight and 
his Squire set off to intercept the raiding party, but they have not 
been heard from since. The young Elf, Larlond EagleEye, is determined 
to save the villagers and make every last Orc pay for their crimes... 

Can you do it with out any cheats? A fresh approach may be what's 
needed.  Note -- many of the unit values have been altered.


About "Save the Golden Child..." (rescue02.pud)
===============================================
The prophecies tell of a young boy, known only as the Golden Child. 
It is said that he is destined to save humanity from an invasion of 
the Demonic Hordes of Harash. Intelligence has come to Lord Lothar 
that the Orcs of Granduin Hills have captured the old wizard Dunaff, 
and his young blonde-haired apprentice. The Orc band and their captives 
were last seen headed toward the Caves of HarashNokTo, where the Gate 
to the dimension of Harash was sealed many centuries ago. Fearing that 
the captured lad is actually the Golden Child, and that he may be used 
in some ritual sacrifice to reopen the gate, Lothar has dispatched a 
rescue expedition lead by his finest Knights...

This one isn't too hard, so no cheats, please. You will have to have 
faith in destiny to achieve final victory though.  Note -- many of the 
unit values have been altered.


About "Chogall's Betrayal" (rescue03.pud)
=========================================
Lothar has received word that Chogall is tired of the pathetic whining 
of the Dragonmaw Clan. The Ogre-Mage is prepared to aid the Humans wipe 
these simpering Orcs off the face of the map, if Lothar will bring 5000 
gold to give to Chogall's allies, the Death Knights of Cadaveron. 
The rendezvous is set for midnight on the shores of Bullnahk Bay. As Lothar 
and his band arrive, and the Transports depart, a light dusting of snow 
starts to fall...

This scenario will require a different set of fighting skills, but it 
shouldn't be too difficult, so cheats shouldn't be needed. Let Chogall 
show you the path to success. Note -- some of the unit values have been 
altered, especially the lowered sighting distances.


A Note on Sound Effects: 
=======================
The WAV file gldnchld.wav is included if you wish to play with it. 
It was intended for use with rescue02.pud, as a replacement for the 
Human Peasant voice. Using the Win3.1 editor, I was able to change 
this and hear it in the editor, but I couldn't hear it in the game. 
If any of you figure out how to get this to work, please Email me.
