The following are the rules and guidelines for operating on the
Calvary Internet and Computer Ministries: Senior Pastor Private
Listserver; Calvary Internet; CalvaryNet and CalvaryLive Chat. It
is required that everyone review these guidelines prior to being
approved for FREE Access to this ministry of Calvary Chapel. You
will be asked if you read and understood these guidelines when
filling our your access request form. Honesty and integrity are
personal virtues between you and the Lord.

EXPECTED BEHAVIORS

NOTE: The presentation of these guidelines are very indepth. This
is the Christ centered structure of "Calvary Internet". You
must review these VERY CAREFULLY, since some actions on your
part may cause your account to be deleted without notice.
Due to the magnitude of this ministry in Christ and it's
family orientation, the policy is to first delete those not
abiding in these expected behaviors, and then reinstate them
after they have both addressed and resolved any issues at
hand. Our focus in such is always "fellowship restoration".

These guidelines are not meant to be restrictive with regards to
promoting fellowship, but are those "boundaries" that are set as a
"rule" for conduct, which will be enforced for the enjoyment of all
who participate. Private Calvary Fellowship Ministries (Senior
Pastor Listserver) will not require the strict monitoring that the
Public Fellowship ministries will. However, to be consistent, and
to avoid future misunderstandings of what is expected while on this
Ministry, these guidelines are presented to all, equally.

1. Convey and relay kindness to everyone, regardless of how you are
treated. This includes repaying kindness for evil, and to love
when faced with adversity. In all your typing, represent Christ
   to your fullest.

(Ephesians 4:29-32 KJV) "Let no corrupt communication proceed out
of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that
it may minister grace unto the hearers. {30} And grieve not the
holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of
redemption. {31} Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and
clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
{32} And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one
another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."

2. Remember, you are the child of the King! Remember Moses, and
how he did not enter over into the promise land because of his
misrepresentation of God. God means what He says, and says what
   He means:

(Ephesians 5:1-4;7;20-21 KJV) "Be ye therefore followers of God,
as dear children; {2} And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved
us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to
God for a sweetsmelling savour. {3} But fornication, and all
uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you,
as becometh saints; {4} Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking,
nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
{7} Be not ye therefore partakers with them. Giving thanks always
for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord
Jesus Christ; {21} Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear
of God."

(Philippians 2:14-16 NIV) "Do everything without complaining or
arguing, {15} so that you may become blameless and pure, children
of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which
you shine like stars in the universe {16} as you hold out the word
of life--in order that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did
not run or labor for nothing."

3. This ministry is not the appropriate place to "complain" or
voice your views regarding the "President" or Government.
Allowances may be made with PRIOR APPROVAL from the Network
Administrator regarding Government related posts (of a negative
nature) when such refer to "end times" or "prophecy". Such
communication, even if approved in advance, may be disallowed if
it is deemed inappropriate by the Network Administrator. The
focus here is not to present this as a platform to voice
discontent regarding our government or its rulers.

(Exodus 22:28 KJV) "Thou shalt not revile the gods, nor curse the
ruler of thy people."

(Romans 13:1-5 NIV) "Everyone must submit himself to the governing
authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has
established. The authorities that exist have been established by
God. {2} Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is
rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will
bring judgment on themselves. {3} For rulers hold no terror for
those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be
free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and
he will commend you. {4} For he is God's servant to do you good.
But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for
nothing. He is God's servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment
on the wrongdoer. {5} Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the
authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also
because of conscience."

4. "Well Intentioned Dragons"... Division without and within the
Body of Christ is one of the most devistating occurances to our
work and our labor in Christ. It also quickly turns a spiritual
Christ centered fellowship into a carnal "free-for-all". Any
communication deemed "divisonary" by the Network Administrator
will be quickly dealt with and removed.

(Romans 16:17-20 NKJV) "Now I urge you, brethren, note those who
cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you
learned, and avoid them. {18} For those who are such do not serve
our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and
flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple. {19} For your
obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your
behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple
concerning evil. {20} And the God of peace will crush Satan under
your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
Amen."

(Acts 20:28-30 KJV) "Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to
all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you
overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with
his own blood. {29} For I know this, that after my departing shall
grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. {30}
Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things,
to draw away disciples after them."

5. Absolutely NO references to "swearing" or other inappropriate
communication, however mild, will be permitted on this family
oriented CalvaryinterNet Ministry. We have all age groups
involved in this free fellowship ministry, as well as an
obligation to have our written communication as a witness of
Jesus Christ, in word, and in deed. This includes the use of
characters that symbolize the conveyance of such words as well,
   including symbols like *#^@!!#.

(Philemon 1:4-7 NIV) "I always thank my God as I remember you in
my prayers, {5} because I hear about your faith in the Lord Jesus
and your love for all the saints. {6} I pray that you may be active
in sharing your faith, so that you will have a full understanding
of every good thing we have in Christ. {7} Your love has given me
great joy and encouragement, because you, brother, have refreshed
the hearts of the saints."

6. General guidelines: structure and content of messages

 a. If you use "taglines" attached to your messages, they must be
Christ centered, edifying the Church or give glory to God.

 b. Post only your own feelings, thoughts and ideas. Please don't
post sermons or platformed speeches that are not your own. We
desire to know you and fellowship with your service to Christ,
and not another's. This is not a place to post another's
articles. Pre-Approved allowances to post certain articles or
information may be sought of the Network Administrator, who
will approve such on a case-by-case basis. If you are the
author of newsletters or other documents, please do not
upload them to the list, but rather, obtain permission from
another to send them that newsletter privately. Remember not
to place anyone's e-mail address on a newsletter sending list
    without their prior approval.

 c. Since Calvary Internet is open to the public, you may come
across the contents of a message which sharply contrast your
own intrepretation, understanding, or opinion of such. It is
the responsibility of the Network Administrator and his
assistants to monitor Calvary Internet for approprate message
content. Thus, privately writing messages of "correction",
"instruction" or any other "negative" message to individuals
regarding their public posted messages is not permitted. We
do encourage exortation and uplifting of one another, but the
"rebuke" end of things is for the administration to handle.

 d. Requesting MONEY, FUNDS, GOODS, OR other tangible/electronic
objects or items is prohibited. It is impossible for us to
verify the substantiality of actual needs as opposed to
scams, shams, and otherwise "make merchandise of you".
Needless to say, "get rich quick" and "make money" messages
are prohibited. This is a "fellowship" network, and is not
to be used for any advertising. Remember, don't take
another's e-mail address and add it to ANY mailing lists.
Be respectful of their e-mail privacy.

 e. WEB SITE and INFORMATION ADS: It is the personal
responsibility of each individual to pre-check the content
of any web site or information service *prior* to posting
such on Calvary Internet. The focus of any such web or
information contact references should be geared toward
the eventual spiritual benefit of those in our fellowship.
We are very concerned as to where the "sheep" on Calvary
Internet are led, and will hold each individual accountable
for their web site, information service and even their own
personal web page references. Please be careful dear friends,
since some information services will provide additional links
to areas that may not be within your focus. Anyone posting
references contrary to a Christ centered focus will be removed
    from the ministry.

 f. FILES: It is not permitted to attach "files" of any nature to
messages sent over Calvary Internet. This includes uuencoded
and mime messages attached in the body of the message. Internet
addresses that have file attachments will be removed from the
    ministry.

 g. COPYRIGHT INFORMATION: Remember to strictly observe guideline
6.b. and this won't be a problem. It is the responsibility of
the person posting any information on Calvary Internet to FIRST
check any possible copywrite violations BEFORE presenting any
information. To my knowledge, everything these days is
automatically under COPYRIGHT law, and must be granted
permission for us other and the original author of such
    material.

 h. Message Content: Communication as previously mentioned is to be
kind and that good example Christians should convey. I cannot
stress enough the desire and focus of this ministry to be
"kind" to one another regardless of the event, problem or
situation. This includes all forms of communication, whether
you are discussing your family, friends, likes or dislikes.

If you are a non-Christian (do not believe Jesus is your Lord
and your God), you are reminded that you are a "GUEST", and
that although discussion regarding non-Christian belief's may
be briefly allowed, platforming of non-Christian belief's or
    practices will not be allowed.

Neither the "expected behaviors" nor Calvary Chapel's own
"statement of faith" are to be argued. Indepth theological
discussions that become reckless towards our fellowship focus
will be addressed accordingly. Public grumbling against the
administration will be viewed as divisive and will handled
    swiftly and in love.

Please remember to inspect your own feelings before immediately
responding to another. Prayer and contemplation *before* you
reply can save you much embarrassment, and a kind answer turns
away wrath. Do not belittle or accuse another on this ministry,
which includes your family, friends, or otherwise. There is
one who stands before God day and night to accuse the brethren,
and we are not unwise towards his devices.

I. Other Ministry Mention: Some ministries of our Lord and Savior
reach deep into the depths of the "world" to reach that one
sheep that Christ seeks to be added to His kingdom. Sometimes
such a ministry will be subject to much evil speaking due to
it's geographical area, ministry objective, or just the group
of people it is attending. Calvary Internet is NOT the place
to belittle other Christian ministries of our Lord and Savior,
however much we feel they do not meet our own expectations of
how God would "work" in the lives of others. Do not belittle
another's ministry in Christ, especially a Calvary Chapel
    affiliated ministry.

Remember that the focus regarding any mention of deviant
teachings is to Biblically present the Word of God in such, and
not to belittle or demean the actual participants who have
entangled themselves in those teachings. We will be much more
effective in sharing the true Word of God with them if we don't
publically demean something they believe it. We don't allow
such to demean Calvary, and in such, we don't allow ourselves
    to demean them.

Administrative Information:

7. Please keep the Administration of Calvary Internet in your
prayers. The Network Administrator and his assistants will
review Calvary Internet communication on a consistant basis
to ensure our Christ centered and family oriented focus. We
will make every attempt to handle any and all administrative
actions/rebukes or counsel via private E-mai to those involved.
However, there may be times when we address a certain issue
publically so that all can benefit from that particular incident.
This we will do taking great care in avoiding any personal
embarrassment to anyone on Calvary Internet to the best of
our ability. John Scudder is your Network Administrator, with
Lucky Hughes and David Lee assisting as the Lord leads. If you
have a problem with Calvary Chapel, its staff, or this
administration, such must be handled apart from the fellowship.

You are required to read any message on Calvary Internet with
the Subject Title: ADMINISTRATION. This will keep you up to
   date on administrative concerns.

I would like to leave you with this scripture.. which.. is very
dear to me.. and... upon which this Christ centered ministry will
be centered:

"If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ,
if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit,
if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by
being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and
purpose. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but
in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you
should look not only to your own interests, but also to the
interests of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of
 Christ Jesus:" (Philippians 2:1-5)

                  And everybody said.... AMEN!

May the Lord richly bless you as you seek Him in your life, and in
your fellowship with one another on this Calvary Chapel focused
fellowship ministry. God bless!!
