Fill out the attached Registration Form and return it to PC-Ohio with a
check for $39 for full access to PC-OHIO.  You will have 60 minutes of
connect time per day for a year plus access to the CHAT function, all Public
Conferences and Internet Email.


As proof of current club membership please enclose a copy of the address
label from the back of the most recent club newsletter or other proof of
membership.


PC-OHIO has 50 lines with USR Dual Standard V.34+ 33600 modems, so there is
no waiting to log on to the Best BBS in America.  We have 60 486-33 PC's on
our Ethernet Network with 25 Gigabytes of disk space on our two 486 File
Servers.  We have over 100,000 files available for downloading and a very
active group of experts to answer your questions.


We appreciate your support.  Your contribution will help PC-OHIO continue
to grow and remain the Best BBS in America.

                    PC-OHIO USER AGREEMENT  (NEOHPC)          04/02/96

In exchange for the use of the PC-OHIO Bulletin Board System, I under-
stand and agree to the following:

1) That the use of PC-OHIO is a privilege which may be revoked by the
operators of that system at any time for abusive conduct.  Such conduct
would include, but not be limited to, the placing of unlawful informa-
tion on the system and the use of obscene, abusive or otherwise objec-
tionable language in either public or private messages.  The staff of
PC-OHIO will be the sole arbiter of what constitutes obscene, abusive or
objectionable language.

2) That PC-OHIO reserves the right to review everything stored in any
files or programs to which users have access and will edit or remove
anything which PC-OHIO, in its sole discretion, believes may be unlaw-
ful, obscene, abusive or otherwise objectionable.

3) That PC-OHIO does NOT warrant that the functions of this system will
meet any specific requirement you may have; nor that it will be error
free or uninterrupted; nor shall it be liable for any indirect, inciden-
tal or consequential damages (including lost data, information or prof-
its) sustained or incurred in connection with the use, operation or
inability to use the system.

4) To abide by such rules and regulations of system usage as may be
promulgated from time to time by the operators of PC-OHIO.

5) In consideration for the privilege of using PC-OHIO and for having
access to the information contained on it, I hereby release PC-OHIO, its
operators, and any company with which they are affiliated for any and
all claims of any nature arising from my use of PC-OHIO.
