The "Menu" display that you will see next is the selection key to access
the categories of information which you desire.

For example, if you want data on all Properties, you would touch the
letter "J" from the main Menu for "Properties by Alloys". This will
provide a listing of the various alloys on this diskette, and you will
then have to select the particular alloy that you want to see. Just type
the alloy number (i.e. 304), then press the Enter key. Please note also
that the bottom line of the screen lists the keys to be used for navigation
through the program as well as provide suggested keyboard actions.

Some screens will have a provision for printing the data. Note that you
can, of course, also use the Shift and PrintScreen key combination to get
a picture of your present screen right on your printer, at any time.

Your printer will have to be set up for IBM graphics to give the proper
line characters (, ). If your printer produces strange output or italic
characters, change the setup. This is covered in your printer manual. It
is usually accomplished with a DIP switch, or from the front panel on laser
 printers.
