Travel in Countries other than the United States and Canada

There is six months' quarantine for all dogs entering the United
Kingdom. Quarantine regulations seem to apply to insular countries and
have been made to prevent the introduction of contagious diseases such
as rabies. In planning a trip to a foreign country, contact the
consular service or embassy of the country to be visited to determine
the status of quarantine and other regulations. We would further
suggest that you carry with you during foreign travel a recent rabies
inoculation certificate, along with an up-to-date health certificate
from your veterinarian.
