Alaska Statutes of 1972, Chapter 06, Sections 18.06.050

The State of Alaska guarantees by statute the legal right of fa blind
person to be accompanied by a specially trained dog guide in all public
conveyances.  No charge can be levied because of the presence of the
dog, but the dog guide user is liable for any property damage the dog
might cause.

Public accommodations include hotels, stores, restaurants, places of
resort and recreation, and all other places to which the public is
invited. (*18.06.020a)

Conveyances include airplanes, buses, trains, taxis, and all other
transportation modes offered for the public use. (*18.06.020b)

Violation: Any person, firm, corporation or agent thereof who interferes
with the above enumerated rights is subject to a fine not to exceed
$1,000, or imprisonment up to 60 days, or both (*18.06.040)

