What it is: WinWall is a program to easily change Windows 3.1
wallpaper, either manually or at timed intervals.

If you have used WinWall before, new to version 1.2 is an
option to have the icon "disappear" when the program is
running. If you select this option and then need to access the
program to make changes, open the group where you have
installed WinWall (usually the StartUp Group) and double-click
the icon. Instead of starting another copy of the program this
will restore the running version.

Look for VBRUN200.ZIP or VBRUN2.ZIP. If you received
WinWall from a shareware service, they should have
included the .DLL. Contact them for assistance. This
.DLL is a freely distributed Microsoft runtime library.

WinWall.DAT Will be created in your Windows directory
