     WHAT IS NICE-N-EZ?

NICE-N-EZ is a complete program development environment, inspired by
the Quick language series developed by Microsoft (QuickBasic, QuickC
and QuickPascal). NICE-N-EZ can be used to develop programs in any
programming language and you may provide your own help information
from which you may cut and paste text, such as programming examples,
     into your own program.

In addition to the usual editing capabilities, NICE-N-EZ offers
powerful block operations, a clipboard to store deleted or copied
text, automatic indentation, keystroke macros and miscellaneous
programming aids. Also, NICE-N-EZ will function in 25, 43 and 50 line
     screen modes.

NICE-N-EZ provides a state of the art user interface that is fully
mouse aware and includes Drop-Down Menus and Dialog Boxes for editing
and program launching. You may edit as many as five different modules
(files) at once, each in its own sizable and colored window. You may
add as many as 10 of your own application programs to its menu. You
assign the menu name, prompt line and the command line to pass to DOS.
The command line may contain variable data that is relative to the
currently active file and you may also specify the amount of DOS
memory required to run the program.

     SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

             1. IBM PC/XT/AT or compatible computer.
             2. MS/PC DOS 2.1 or later
             3. Minimum of 384kb memory

This text file was created with NICE-N-EZ. You may use it to practice
editing, etc.. To try the EZHELP feature, move to the top of the file
(Press Ctrl-PgUp) and move the cursor on the word "Rogers". Next, press
     the F1 key.

Below are examples of the graphic lines you may draw with NICE-N-EZ.
When using the single or double line box drawing characters, you should
begin in the middle of a line. The reason is that when you change
directions NICE-N-EZ can determine which type of corner to produce.
However, when you cross an existing line NICE-N-EZ assumes you are
going to continue drawing and uses a line intersecting character. This
means that if you begin at the corner of a rectangle, your last arrow
press will not produce a corner character.
