Read Book is a shareware program for reading Electronic Books. The manual
is in the form of one of these books. To read the manual, run READBOOK from
the Dos prompt, along with a /G followed by the appropiate graphics mode.
(AUTO, NONE, EGA or VGA) Auto will let the computer choose.
IE: C>READBOOK /GEGA
When the menu pops up, select OPENME.TOC. If a Graphics screen appears,
press any key to continue. Now a list of chapters will be displayed. Select
whatever one you wish to read, and hit <ENTER>. When reading a chapter, you
can scrool using the arrow keys. To go to the next chapter, either hit ALT-N
or <ESC> and choose it from the menu. Enjoy!

                               ***** NOTICE *****
                               ******************
If you have a version of Read Book that is 1.35 or earlier then you
*MUST* run Convert (Included) It will convert your older version .INF, .TOC,
.MRK and .CFG files in the current directory. If these files have already
been converted, then the program will corrupt the files, and Read Book or
Make Book will abort when trying to read from them. You must make sure
that you run the program in any directory that you have Read Book or
Make Book system files in. Backup your system files BEFORE you run convert,
that way, if there is any problem, then you will still have a copy of the
originals. If your files become corrupt, I can NOT be held responsible.
