HOW TO USE MORE FONTS WITH GEOWRITE

Display Faces by MicroLogic offers you 26 additional scalable fonts that can be used with GoeWrite/GeoDraw. When you first select a font by mouse clicking on the FONTS option, you see the origional 9 geoworks fonts followed by the option "more fonts". Selecting more fonts will show you these 9 fonts and let you preview each before applying them to your document. If you have converted the MicroLogic fonts for use with GeoWorks, all 26 of them will show up in the "more fonts" window. The safest and easiest way to make use of these extra fonts is to:
Click on FONTS
Click on More Fonts
Scroll down to the font you wish to use and click on it
Click on APPLY
Click on CLOSE

Remember, you can resize any font by clicking on SIZE. This also applies to the additional Display Faces fonts.

TIP FOR ADVANCED USERS:
If you find that you have a few favorite fonts that you'd like to include in GeoWrite's first FONT window, try this suggestion by AaronB6:
The Fonts that show up in the Font menu are the first 9 fonts in the \GEOWORKS\FONT directory.
To change them, copy all the fonts to a temporary directory, delete them from \GEOWORKS\FONT, and then copy them back in the order you want them to show up in:
     1. the Font menu
     2. the More Fonts window.
The Display Faces fonts have weird names like MLSZA.FNT,
so you may want to look inside them with a file browser like LIST, and rename them to something more comprehensible. Or you may want to download the file 'Display Faces Font names' (FONTNAME.EXE) in the GeoWorks Library. It contains the translation of those cryptic five-letter names to real names.
