***Note - CALSK2 uses the file "PXENGINE.OVL" (that came with SideKick 2)
to access the Time Planner File (which is a Paradox Database). This
requires that CALSK2 be in the same directory as Sidekick 2 or that
Sidekick 2 (or the file PXENGINE.OVL) be in the DOS Path.

***Note - Changing Sort Order - If you have changed the Sort order of
your Time Planner file as defined in the SK2 documentation please be
sure to change the order in CALSINST to match your new sort order.
International Users of SK2 should check this first if you get an
   Engine Error message.

Ver 1.13
   - Added Additional Error Message handling when Time Planner sort
     doesn't match CALSK2's expectations
Ver 1.12
   - Added the ability for LapTop Users to page through the on-screen
reports with the Up Arrow and Down Arrow so they don't have to hit
     a special shift key.
   - Added the Completed Tasks to the display (for the selected time
frame) so that for a particular day you will see the tasks that are
Due and the Tasks you completed. They will be Flagged as DONE in
     the Flags Area.

Ver 1.11
   - Fixed Problem with displaying Day Title on Screen that sometime
     caused data to roll off.
   - Added Additional Error Message Number for faster debuging of
     Paradox Engine Errors

Ver 1.10 - Added Capability to transfer data back and forth with the
   CASIO BOSS.

   >>> Export to the CASIO BOSS

CALSK2 can now write an EXPORT File in a format for the CASIO BOSS.
By specifying the /X parameter on the CALSK2 command line. For instance:

   CALSK2 /c app.db /b 09/01/91 /d 21 /x

will extract all appointments from the timeplanner file (app.db)
beginning on September 1st and ending 21 days later. The data will be
   written to file EXPORT.BOS.

Optionally, you can specify a file name with the /x parameter. For
   instance:

   CALSK2 /c app.db /b 09/01/91 /d 21 /x myfile.ext

This would extract appointment data as stated above but would write
   the data to file MYFILE.EXT.

   >>> Inport CASIO BOSS data to SK2

To transfer data from the BOSS back to the SK2 Calendar use the
additional program BOSTOSK2 supplied. BOSTOSK2 takes up to three
   parameters: BossFile SK2File [/S SortSwitch].

   Sample:

   BOSTOSK2 bossfile.ext app.db

would transfer the BOSS formatted file bossfile.ext to the SK2
Appointment file. BOSTOSK2 will not transfer duplicate appointments
and it will not transfer BOSS Appointments whose first character is a
":". A duplicate appointment to the BOSTOSK2 is two appointments
originating from the BOSS at the same time slot. If you add an
appointment in SK2 at 9:00 and you add and Appointment to the BOSS at
9:00 the BOSTOSK2 program WILL add the appointment from the BOSS and
let you resolve the conflict. However, if you transfer your
appointments from the BOSS and attempt to transfer the same ones
again the second set will not be added. While this may sound
confusing in print - the easiest way to explain it is that when you
run the program it will behave as you would expect it too.

   The optional Sort Switch is:

/S A for ASCII sort order definition
/S I for International sort order definition
   /S N for Norway/Denmark sort order definition
   /S S for Sweden/Finland sort order definition

Ver 1.03 - Fixed Problem with printing End-Time on appointments greater
           than 256 Minutes (4 Hours - 16 Minutes).

Ver 1.02 - Added Support for Paradox Sort Order's as defined in SK 2.

HELP TEXT --- Paradox Sort Order SK 2 allows you to change
the sort order of your Time Planner, Address Book, and Phone
Book by copying one of the *.SOR files to PARADOX.SOR. You
can choose ASCII, International, Norwegian / Danish, or
Swedish / Finnish. If you have changed SK 2's sort order you
MUST change CALSK2's to match. Toggle this field with the
           Space/+/- keys.

           ERROR MESSAGE --- *** ERROR! -
               \sk2\timeplan\personal.db's Sort Order Not = CALSK2 Defaults
               Change Sort Order in CALSINST

Ver 1.01 - Fixed ToDo code to recognize all Completed ToDo's. There were
some ToDo's flagged as Done but not picked up by CALSK2 as
           "Done"

Files Included on Distribution Disk

The CALSK2 Distribution Disk contains the following files:

          CALSK2.EXE - The CALSK2 program
          CALSK2.DOC - This file
          CALSINST.EXE - An installation program
BOSTOSK2.EXE - The BOSS to SK2 conversion program
README - Changes or important information not included in
                           the printed documentation (CALSK2.DOC).
REGISTER.BAT - A BATch file to print out the registration form
                           to your printer (LPT1)

                           a varity of formats.
          ADDREXP.DOC - Documentation for ADDREXP.EXE
ADDRESS.FMT - Sample format file for producing Mailing
 		           Labels

Copy these files onto your disk into your Sidekick 2
directory. Then, consider how you want to run CALSK2 and set your
options (See: Installation Program later in this file). Once
installed, the only file you need to keep on your disk is
CALSK2.EXE. We recommend you keep the install program close by in
case you want to change any of your defaults.

***Note - You can place CALSK2 in another directory as long as a
copy of the file PXENGINE.OVL (that came with SideKick 2) is in
the same directory or DOS Path.

             /? {Help} This Help Screen

Please note that a space IS REQUIRED between the option switch
'/o' and it's parameter. Dates MUST be in the form MM/DD/YY (all
2-Digit Numbers). Under DOS 3.x and above CALSK2 will search for
the Time Planner file "/C" in the following places:

             Current Directory
Directory where CALSK2 resides (It's a good idea to put CALSK2
in the same directory as SideKick 2
             DOS Path

Installation Program

CALSK2 comes with a simple installation program. This
program allows you to set some of the DEFAULTS that CALSK2 uses.
Most of these are pretty straight forward but a small explanation
          is appropriate at this point.

To use the installation program all you need to do is type
in CALSINST. CALSINST MUST be in the same directory as CALSK2 and
          CALSK2 must not be renamed.

Sample Command Lines

List (Screen) all appointments for the next 10 days

      C:\>CALSK2 /d 10

List (Printer) all appointments for the next 10 days

      C:\>CALSK2 /d 10 /p

List (Printer) all appointments for June 1989

      C:\>CALSK2 /b 06/01/89 /d 30 /p

*** Note the two digit month & day

List (Screen) appointments for the next 7 days in your Common App File

      C:\>CALSK2 /c C:\SK2\TIMEPLAN\COMMON.DB

*** Note: 7 Days is default so does not need to be specified
